Here Is A Wave
Here is a wave Rolling off itself Forward where Stars swarm around Each other and Slide back into The sea, where I am astonishment Aware of itself, me.
Wow...the "oneness" of all creation...the waves, the stars, ourselves...all connected in your magical "doodle"...although I would rather call it a masterpiece of artwork. This is absolutely stunning! :))
You captured the enormity of the feeling of awe one feels when one sees a wave like that.
ReplyDeleteThank you, Emma, for reading my poem and for your generous comment.
DeleteThe stars, sea, people - all woven into a wondrous cycle. This is another beauty, Geo.
ReplyDeleteI'm in awe of your artwork too. It's wonderful and far exceeds a mere "doodle".
Kind Robyn, a wondrous cycle indeed. I like that!
DeleteIf this is a doodle, I wonder how elegant an actual painting from Geo will be.
DeleteStars do not slide back into the sea. It is just their reflection that slides back with the waves. The stars stay where they are: in the sky.
ReplyDeleteI have had a long and not really pleasant day today, but reading this post has really put things in perspective. Thank you for that!
True, stars don't slosh around in the sea --good thing too! What a navigation hazard! Hope this new year brings you pleasant days.

Most kind. Doodle will suffice.
