Life selects
Certain molecules.
Even in this thought
A trail of atoms
Disrupted changes
The past.

  1. I like this almost haiku form that gives in substance a similar 'Aha!' result. Thanks as always, Geo.!

  2. Aha moments are certainly celebrated by haiku, but the central principle, ampliative induction, is something we use every time we consult our watches or get our bearings by a landmark. We do these things all the time and yet we are not always astonished. This sort of poetry rewards close attention and deserves more of it. Maybe the mystery will get solved.
