Random Effect
After showering, I Put on clean underpants And found one of Her socks inside them. Chance, yes, a random Effect of tumble-dry, Yet, after forty-one Years, it still Makes me happy.
I love it! It reminds me of wonderful intimate relationships I have had (not as long as yours or my parents') but still... Redolent and immediately satisfying (both your poem and the experience).
Now, i find that I've included some of my canine companion' Jasper's toys or togs and am delighted when they come out from the dryer unexpectedly....
