A description of what started this particular blog can be found in its first entry --Feb. 9, 2009. It's about healing.
One of my very favourite flowers. They are so cheerful even on the dreariest days.
They ARE cheerful, Delores. A dear friend from my gardening days said she loved their happy faces. People are affected by flowers. Good thing too.
It's a lovely contrast that Norma captured and you amplified. Beautifully written, Geo.
O_Jenny, thank you. When we see the impossible colors of pansies, Norma and I simply have to make something of it.
That was so lovely, Geo, both in picture and words.
Dear Arleen, that poem was dictated by a pansy hanging out of an old washtub. Norma's photo caught the contrast.
Greetings from very wintery Alberta. No splash of colour here at this time, friend Geo … not even hardy pansies … Love, cat.
Dear Cat, then I'm especially pleased to furnish the flower in the photo.
I especially appreciate this phrase: "plays sunlight like a chime." Another beauty, Geo. Thanks for sharing it.
Kind Robyn, thank you.
